are your products waterproof?
- each piece varies.
- if the item is waterproof, you will see “100% waterproof!” in the item description.
- when pieces aren’t 100% waterproof, this means you may swim/shower with them at your own risk.
- we do our best to coat each and every item with a strong protective seal, but over time, “non 100% waterproof” items may show signs of wear.
how do I care for my jewelry?
- store in a dry, clean space.
- avoid wearing to bed to avoid tangling.
- on occasion, clean your jewelry with gentle soap & warm water. dry well. (applies to both waterproof & non-waterproof).

what makes your jewelry skin safe?
- we use only high quality metals that are 100% nickel free and hypoallergenic.
- we coat the pieces with a protective seal to avoid tarnishing and discoloration/green skin.
are all of your products handmade?
- yes!

- we are based in Stoughton, WI!
how do I track the status of my order?
- order confirmation emails will be sent to the email address entered in at checkout.
- a shipping confirmation will be emailed once the order has shipped.
how long is order processing/shipping?
- current processing time will always be at the top of our website.
- processing time is subject to change throughout the year.
- shipping takes on average 3-15 business days.
- please understand shipping delays are possible.
